This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to linkruz subscriptions purchased directly through our checkout and billing flows. By starting a trial or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to this policy along with our Terms of Service.
15-Day Free Trial
All eligible paid plans include a 15-day free trial so you can evaluate features before being charged. During the trial period, you can test the plan and decide whether it meets your needs.
- You will not be charged for the plan before the 15-day trial ends, unless a different timeline is clearly shown at checkout.
- You can cancel during the trial to avoid the first paid renewal charge.
- The free trial is intended to give you enough time to review features, compatibility, and suitability before payment begins.
Billing and Renewals
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis, either monthly or yearly, depending on the interval you select at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the next billing date.
How Cancellation Works
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings or through the Stripe customer billing portal, when available. Cancellation stops future renewals, but it does not immediately terminate your current paid period.
- If you cancel during an active paid billing cycle, your subscription remains active until the end of that current billing period.
- If you cancel during the free trial, your subscription will not convert into a paid renewal at the end of the trial.
- After a cancellation takes effect, your account may lose access to paid features and may move to the default or free access level available at that time.
Refund Policy
We do not provide refunds for subscription charges, including monthly or yearly renewals, partial billing periods, unused time, downgrades, or mistaken non-use after a billing cycle has started.
Because every eligible paid plan already includes a 15-day free trial for feature testing before payment begins, we encourage customers to use the trial period to evaluate the service before continuing into paid billing.
Access After Cancellation
Once your current billing cycle or trial ends after cancellation, paid features may be disabled, restricted, or removed based on your new plan status. Public pages, advanced customization, analytics, premium integrations, or other paid tools may no longer remain available unless included in your active plan.
Exceptions Required by Law
If applicable law in your jurisdiction requires a refund or gives you specific cancellation rights that cannot legally be excluded, we will honor those rights to the extent required. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights available under applicable law.
