Acceptance
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of linkruz (the “Service”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction).
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the security of your login.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
The Service
The Service allows you to create and manage public profile pages (“Profiles”), publish content blocks, and view analytics. Certain features may be plan-limited or require a paid subscription.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will use reasonable efforts to provide notice for material changes that affect paid subscribers.
User Content and Public Profiles
“User Content” includes the text, links, images, files, and other materials you submit or publish through the Service. Profiles may be publicly visible by default (depending on your settings and plan status).
- You own your User Content. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your User Content to us.
- License to operate the Service. You grant linkruz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for technical formatting), and display your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service.
- Your responsibility. You represent that you have all rights needed to post your User Content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal activities or to promote illegal goods or services.
- Post content that infringes intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of others.
- Upload malware, attempt to disrupt the Service, or probe or scan for vulnerabilities.
- Scrape or harvest data from the Service in a way that violates applicable law or our technical measures.
- Impersonate others, misrepresent your affiliation, or engage in fraud or deceptive practices.
Third-Party Services and Integrations
The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services (for example, analytics providers, social platforms, or payment processors). Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies, and linkruz is not responsible for them.
Subscriptions, Free Trials, and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly). We use Stripe as our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us (and Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method for recurring fees and applicable taxes.
- Free trial. New accounts may be eligible for a free trial (currently 15 days unless otherwise shown at checkout). Trial access ends when the trial period expires or when you start a paid subscription.
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- Plan changes. Upgrades may take effect immediately and may be prorated. Downgrades or switching to a lower plan may take effect at the end of the current billing period, depending on your selection and account status.
- Cancellation. You can cancel to stop future renewals. Unless required by law, we do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused time, or downgrades.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by linkruz or its licensors. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, no rights are granted, and you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINKRUZ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINKRUZ WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINKRUZ’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO LINKRUZ FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you (for example, by email or in-product notice). Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
